SAFETY Accreditation - Stage 1
This 8-week accreditation is conducted virtually with a blend of recorded webinars, live peer activities and Q&A with the experts.
Note: This program requires a commitment to completing weekly course work including a live 30-60 minute virtual session with a learning partner each week. We take this commitment seriously as failure to keep up impacts the quality of the learning journey and psychological safety of others.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
Using the S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ assessment and SAFETY Toolkit to create self-awareness, this accreditation equips you with the tools and resources to lead individual team members or clients through a 1:1 Safety Debrief session. Resources are provided to facilitate the session either face-to-face or virtually.
In the session they will learn:
• The importance of psychological safety for wellbeing and performance
• The nonconscious drivers of behavior
• Their S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ profile and scores
• How they derive their psychological safety
• The potential impact of their S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ profile on themselves and others
• Brain-based strategies to manage their triggers and biases
• Developing a S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ filter and perspective
8 MODULES OVER 8 WEEKS
The eight week accreditation is conducted virtually with a blend of recorded webinars, live peer activities and Q&A with the experts. The weekly modules are:
- Orientation & The Learning Brain
- Psychological Safety Fundamentals
- S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Model and Assessment
- S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Domain Attributes
- Top Down Trigger Management
- Bottom Up Trigger Management
- The Debrief Conversation
- Conducting the Debrief
Live debriefs with an assessor are scheduled for the 2 weeks post the learning component of the program (10-27th August). For this live debrief you will conduct a live virtual debrief session with a nominated coachee of your choosing.

REQUIREMENTS
• Average 4 hour weekly commitment including activities & requirements
• Completion of all module activities, texts & exercises
• Successfully conduct a debrief with an assessor

Qualify for the Team Safety Accreditation
Successful graduates qualify to continue on to the Stage 2 Accreditation where they will become accredited to facilitate Team S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ debriefs.
